- 1 teaspoon Japanese Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tabasco sauce
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
