- Remove noodles from cold water and place in a bowl. Pour boiling water into a bowl for 15 seconds, then strain the noodles.
- Spread the noodles in a saucepan. Add ground beef, cilantro, chopped onion, bean sprouts, and any other garnish.
- Pour strained broth into each bowl. Add sage, oatmeal and chili oil to taste. Enjoy.
