Instructions for making a classic lasagna
- Fry the pork in a large pot. And minced meat. When fried, remove the meat to drain the fat.
- While the meat is in the pan to drain the fat, add the minced onion to the pan and let it dry on high heat for 6 minutes. Return the meat to the pan.
- Add 3 quintals of crushed garlic, stir and heat for two to three minutes.
- Add the tomato paste and sliced tomatoes.
- Add the mushrooms, oregano, salt and pepper. Soak the basil leaves. Stir, stir over low heat and cover for an hour.
- While the soup is boiling, start mixing the cheese: add the ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup minced mozzarella cheese, ricotta and a little finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper
- In a 9 x 13 pan, grease the pan with oil ... then grease the bottom of the oven with meatballs. Do not add cooked pasta. Add the top of the ricotta. Add enough pieces of mozzarella to cover the previous layer. Add another layer of meatballs. Add another layer of pasta. Add another pinch of ricotta. Add the last layer or noodles. Add the remaining beef juice. Sprinkle with sliced mozzarella and grilled mozzarella. Pour over olive oil
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or 6 hours before cooking.
- When preparing to cook, turn the oven to 375 and cover the oven with foil.
- Cook for 30 minutes. Then remove the paper and cook for 10 minutes.
- Lift the waste for 5 minutes.
- Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
