Ingredients and spices you need to prepare the ultimate wrap:
- 1 large sweet onion
- 3 cups of mushrooms
- 1 green chilli
- 2 cups mayonnaise

- 3 cups ground beef
- 6 flour cakes
- 1 1/2 cooking oil, I use vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup lettuce is enough
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 black pepper
- 1 seasoned steak
- 36 toothpicks
- 1 spice salt
- 2 packages of grated provolone cheese
- 1 package of mozzarella cheese, I used a brick but I'm sure grated cheese will do too
Simple guide to creating the ultimate wrap
- Onion and pepper should be cut very finely, not in large pieces.
- Chop the mushrooms not too fine and not too fine, set aside. Because they shrink when you cook them. I love how mine looks when I eat them. Set aside
- Finely chop the lettuce and set aside

- On top of mayonnaise on tortillas, add 2 slices of provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Heat 2 cups of the chopped ingredients in a pan.

- Be sure to lower the oil level, you don't want it to burn
- Wrap the prepared cake, bend both ends and wrap with a roll. Add two toothpicks to the top flap and two folded ends if you don't have a better way to hold them closed.
- Once your tortilla is wrapped, toss it in hot oil (not literally) and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat the process for 6 or more envelopes. I'm repeating because I bake my wraps one at a time, but I'm sure you can make two or more at a time if you're good at it. Enjoy the taste of all the flavors LOL
