  11. 2-3 green chillies
  12. 3-4 garlic cloves
  13. 1 piece ginger
  14. 1 bowl roasted chana daal
  15. 2 tbsp oil
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. For sambar - 2 bowl toor daal
  18. 2 tomatoes
  19. 2 drumstick
  20. leaves coriander
  21. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  22. 3 dry
  23. 2 tbsp mustard seeds
  24. leaves Some curry
  25. 2 tbsp hing
  26. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  27. 4 tbsp sambar masala
  28. Some tamarind pulp
  29. 2 tbsp kashmiri mirch masala
  30. Salt as per taste
  31. 4 tbsp oil
  32. Water as per needed

Instructions to make to make Idli sambar coconut chutney

  1. Firstly take all d above ingredients together, take a rice n urad dal clean n wash n soak overnight or 4 to 5 hours soak pohaalso after that grind seperately rice n dal n poha also after that take a big container add grinded rice daal n poha n make a batter add some salt n keep a side for fermentation 3 to 4 hours or overnight, after that take idli mould grease with oil n add batter into the mould.
  2. Switch on d gas n keep the idli mould in the gas add water ffor steaming n keep d idli mould in d steamer cover d lid n steam d idli 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Now make a coconut chutney take a coconut cut into small pieces take a mixture jar add coconut pieces, roasted chana daal, green chillies, garlic cloves n 1 ginger piece salt as per taste n grind ina fine paste.
  4. Now heat d tadka pan add oil if oil is hot add mustard seeds, hing curry leaves n red chilli.
  5. Saute for a minute n pour d tadka into the chutney mixture, now our chutney also ready.
  6. Now make a sambar take toor daal clean n wash nicely, cut d drumstick n remove d tread cut d tomatoes into small pieces now add tomatoes n drumstick pieces into d daal add turmeric powder 1 tsp oil n little salt n boil in d pressure cooker 3 to 4 whistle now above all d ingredients together.
  7. Heat d container add oil if oil is hot add mustard seeds, hing, red chillies curry leaves.
  8. Saute for a minutes n add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sambar masala, n kashmiri chilli powder mix it well add little water n cook for a minutes.
  9. Now add boiled daal n drumstick mix it well n cook add water as u need thickness add coriander leaves n cook 2 to 3 boil.
  10. Now our delicious healthy, yummy, tasty, neutricious healthy breakfast idli sambar n coconut chutney is ready to serve.
