- 200 grams of onion
- 150 grams of pepper
- 60 grams of carrots
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 100ml yakiniku sauce (prepared or homemade)
- 1 Use hot cooked white rice (to taste).
- To taste 50 grams of mushrooms (any variety) or more
- 1 teaspoon of doubanjiang or more

- 1 shiso leaf, sesame seeds, chopped scallions, grated seaweed, as needed
Steps for Yakiniku Rice Bowl
- Cut the beef into small pieces and thinly slice the onion. Cut the peppers into thin strips. Cut the root into rectangles or thinly slice diagonally. Cut mushrooms into large pieces.
- Salt and pepper the meat, add the grated garlic and rub the meat. Allow to absorb steam (approx. 5 minutes).
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and pour in the oil. Add the meat and sear until both sides are golden brown.
- Take the meat out of the pan. Put vegetables in the void. Saute vegetables until soft and tender. (onions, carrots, peppers, mushrooms in that order).
- When the vegetables are cooked, add them to the meat. Add the yakiniku and doubanjiang sauce, then cover the meat and vegetables with the sauce. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
- Put the rice in a rice bowl, place Step 5 on top and sprinkle with your favorite tops, done.
