  23. 400ml milk

  27. 1 fresh parsley

Steps to making homemade lasagna for our family

  1. 1. Beat the eggs and add the remaining ingredients to make the flour. Bake for 10 minutes, place in a bowl, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. 1. Finely chop the garlic, onion, carrot and celery.
  3. 2. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan (not included) and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. 3. Season ground beef with salt and pepper. First we add the canned tomatoes from the list, add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat.
  5. 4. When it boils, reduce the heat and simmer briefly until the tomato liquid has evaporated and the flavors permeate.

  8. 2. Add the remaining milk, stock powder, salt and pepper and microwave again for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  9. When all the ingredients are ready, remove the flour from the fridge, divide into 6-7 equal parts and roll up with a rolling pin.
  10. In a saucepan (or saucepan), bring the water to a boil, add a pinch of salt (not specified) and cook one piece of flour at a time for 4-5 minutes.
