Instructions to make to make Dal Pakwan

  1. Pakwan........Take a bowl.add all purpose flour, cumin seeds,salt and 2 tbsp oil.mix well.
  2. Make a soft dough with adding water and keep aside for 30 min.
  3. Now make Pakwan like u make thin chapati / poori shape.
  4. Prick the chapati with folk.
  5. Heat enough oil in a pan.Deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy in a medium flame
  6. Dal.............Soak chana and moong dal for 1/2 an hour
  7. Add salt and haldi powder and pressure cook for 2 -3 whistle.
  8. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  9. Add chopped tomato, ginger or green chilli and saute for 2 min.add all masale and mix well.Cook 2 min.
  10. Add in boiled dal.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
