- 1/2 large yellow onion
- 1 medium jalapeno
- 4 small serrano peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried crushed oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red wine
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 Hershey pub
Sweet and Spicy Wild Chili Cooking Instructions
- Mix two minced meat with chopped garlic and fry in a pan until browned.
- Chop the onion, pepper, jalapeno and serrano pepper. I recommend cutting 1/2 inch or less. Try loosening about half of the serrano and jalapeno pepper seeds. Mix everything in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. While cooking, add a tablespoon of sugar.
