  6. Refrigerate the mixture.

  8. Cover it with a cloth and start forming a ball in a straight circle.
  9. Pour 1 teaspoon cold meat mixture into the center of the flat circle.
  10. Press the ends to make them look like eyes.
  11. Lay out on a greased baking sheet. Continue with the remaining dough balls.
  12. First bake at 350 degrees on the bottom shelf. Make sure the bottom is toasted. Then put on the grill and fry on top.
  13. Served with Greek yogurt. Great for diving.
